Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
Just in case this isn't clear (As it still hasn't changed) there is a discrepancy between the inclusions shown under "Family Plans":CoreyPlover wrote:From http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.ph ... 46#p270546:wurzel wrote:It still says "No Charge" for the FP-C1 in the Member facilities even though it says "No Limit = Unlimited" on the Plans page.... http://www.exetel.com.au/a_plan_pricing_new.php
eg: FP-C1 $50.00 12 GB + $0.50/GB thereafter No Limit = Unlimited
and the inclusions shown for those same plans in the member facilities "Change my service"
https://www.exetel.com.au/members/chang ... e_plan.php
eg: FP-C1 $50.00 12 gbytes No Charge $0.50
Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
This is being fixed.
Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
Any idea on when this will be fixed and what the outcome will be?Shady wrote:This is being fixed.
Will it be a "No Charge" which is limited to 85GB at the moment?
Or will it be "No Limit = Unlimited" which is no charge/no limit?
Want to get off my old plan as Exetel have suggested but want to know what the right inclusions are first.
Thanks.

This should already be fixed. The Members Facilities plan tables should reflect the ones on the main website.
Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
No, it's still the same.
In members facilities change my service, select plan change for say FP-C2 (off peak No Limit=Unlimited), click apply......off peak then says no charge.

Hi,
The new 8Mb plans FP-D1 and FP-D2 are listed here: http://www.exetel.com.au/a_plan_pricing_new.php but there is no sub-heading for the speed - yet?
Cheers,
Matt.

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
Hello Shady,
I have found 3 links on the https://www.exetel.com.au/members/a_network.php page that are not correctly directed. These are:-
Traffic To/From NSW HSPA Users Via Optus GigE
Traffic To/From VIC HSPA Users Via Optus GigE
...and, Traffic To/From The Internet Via NSW PIPE
I hope this helps a bit. Rgds - David

Hi Shady
On this page
http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-moip-overview.php
the link to the list of data capable handsets is broken - it just redirects back to the top of the MoIP overview page.
The identical problem occurs on this page
