Firstly, nice to see the HSPA better integrated into the normal ADSL site. A pretty data usage graph would be nice tho.

I have been looking for the SMS API generation page.

I looked in Services/SMS, Usage/SMS & Order Services/SMS.

Order Services/SMS doesn't exist, so I looked in Order Services/Wireless Boradband.

Eventually on the site map I found the below URL, however it would be good to have API in the link text, as that would have made searching much easier.

https://www.exetel.com.au/members/send_ ... r_hspa.php

Also, when looking thru the various Wireless Broadband sub menus, they all have different tab headings, ie Wireless Broadband, Wireless & HSPA. Consistency would be look better.

Further, once I have setup API data, there is nowhere on the web site that I can see to review at least the usernames setup, and maybe change/delete old ones. Maybe this should happen, but only happens once I have successfully send a message via SMS API, which hasn't worked so far for me.

In regards to the SMS API option,

I believe you're looking for

You are provided with a WAN IP address, then an additional block is routed through this.
So both are true:)

It also doesn't say whether the extra block is static (the reason I went to look at the extra info in the first place). So I think the page needs to be fixed to clarify the exact situation...

tin wrote:Business ADSL1 plans (http://exetel.com.au/business_plan_pricing_new.php) says:
# /29 IP Range (6 usable IP addresses)
But further down in the "For more information on plans please click here" stuff, it says:
# All plans include 1 static IP.
It is of course technically possible that both statements are true, but it does create an unclear situation - is there one IP address, or 6?
I'll get it fixed. It is an error. I apologise for the 'smart alec' reply.

just a "typo"

http://www.exetel.com.au/a_plan_pricing_new.php
$5.00 to $20.00 per month discount if you also order an Exetel mobile service
should specify capped mobile service.

Also http://www.exetel.com.au/res_main.php

uner Residential first line reads ADSL 1 & 2 (via carrier) should be Telstra or Telstra Wholesale

Capped has been specified to clear confusion.

'Carrier' was added by management's decision.

Thanks, Sable.

Anyone else notice that the PDF invoices don't actually open today? - they just open a blank page for me. The HTML invoice does open, so its no big deal.

PDF works here, even if so much else doesn't.

I'll try again later from a different PC.
