Ah. I can see the NB9MAXX at $180 on https://www.exetel.com.au/optus_adsl2/r ... e_form.php, https://www.exetel.com.au/naked_adsl2/r ... e_form.php but not on the PTL or ADSL1 pages. I suspect this is an error as you should be able to order the NB9MAXX as a new customer.

Epic thread at http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=58&t=27692 might provide you some information. But I think the only possible resolution is to firmware upgrade to the latest firmware and hope that it fixes it (this has successfully corrected the issue for some users, but not others)

NB9WMAXX specs at http://www.netcomm.com.au/__data/assets ... 9WMAXX.pdf say it is G992.1 (ADSL1), G992.2, G992.3 and G992.5 (ADSL2+) compliant.

Ok Corey, I will add it in the ADSL1 form.

A number of discrepancies have been raised in http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=33692 concerning http://www.exetel.com.au/a_plan_pricing_adsl2_nf.php and the Member Facilities when changing plans to the new NF plans.

For example:

The first change screen says no contract, second says 12 months...

A majority of them were fixed yesterday. Thanks Corey.

I'm still checking it though to make sure.

Some corrections needed on this page: http://www.exetel.com.au/regional-agent-tv-project.php

"Exetel will assist the agent expand his 'territory' by offering a free internet café service to up to three internet cafes of the agents choice (the café owner nust agree to providing ccess to pamphlets and prominently display a poster on one wall of the cafe."

Thank you - I'll get it fixed.

Shady, have you fiddled with the login at http://www.exetel.com.au/index_alt.php? My automatic login fails (unless recently logged in), and so does filling in the form input fields manually.

Hi Dazzled,

I haven't touched it for a while. It should work.

Funny - I just tried 3 browsers and failed to get in from the alt page. It was doing this yesterday also. The other one is OK. Only if I am already logged in from elsewhere the page will open for Opera wand, but not for Firefox manual entry, and I wondered if you had changed the php.
I normally use the phone number only for login, but ...@nsw.exetel.com.au makes no difference.

Hi Dazzled,

Just tried it. It seems to be ok. I think you should probably clear your cache or restart your computer.

Thanks Shady, I'll keep looking. I don't run a cache or swap on this box, and have rebooted twice.

The exewiki site looks like it may have been compromised as there is inserted text here:

http://exewiki.exetel.com.au/index.php? ... l:AllPages

Also, a bucketload of spam e.g:
