I think you were confused by above sentence. Actually, the entered/confirmed email address will be your main contact email in the mailing list. It can be different with your account contact. You can also add more emails to the list.

We will review this sentence and see how we can improve it.

At the bottom of the page http://www.exetel.com.au/business_a_sms.php, it says
Alternatively visit the Exetel Forum where any question you may have will be promptly answered. The thread for SMS Via DSL can be found here:
http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=22856
Clicking on that link returns "The requested topic does not exist.".

You can't half tell I'm wrestling with the "new" SMS applications. :) Ok , minor typo on the exeSMS page.....

https://www.exetel.com.au/members/send_ ... exeSMS.php

WRONG:
# In the Username box, enter the username from step 5 above.
# In the Password box, enter the password from step 6 above.

.... should be
# In the Username box, enter the username from step 4 above.
# In the Password box, enter the password from step 5 above.

Hi,

In the business mobile section, http://exetel.com.au/business-hspa-pricing.php it has

$0.12 per 30 seconds
(billed per 30 seconds)

In the submission of the application/order https://www.exetel.com.au/hspa_order/bu ... submit.php it has

$0.12 per minute
(billed per 30 seconds)

For a second there I thought it was a better rate than VoIP calls :o

The Business HSPA order form does not have a section for porting a phone number, but residential does...

It was really painful to get this manually resolved - would be nice if this was fixed.

https://www.exetel.com.au/members/hspa_order.php
AND
https://www.exetel.com.au/members/hspa_ ... e_form.php

are different on the WM B plan to:

http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-hspa-pricing.php
AND
http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-mo ... ricing.php

Activation charge and price per minute are wrong/different.

For both WM A and WM B plans the activation charge is wrong/different.

There is a service deposit of $25 on these plans. The table headings have been fixed in the members facilities.

$15 is not mentioned on any of the pages. The security deposit is $25. The public pages shows it as $0 with a footnote saying it's $25 which is pretty misleading. If it's $25 then it should be in the column rather than in a footnote to the table.

The price per minute still disagrees on the WM B plan and you didn't acknowledge that (it might be fixed but not pushed to the main web server I guess).

Also what is the SMS pricing and other call cost pricing for these plans? I assume SMS is still available.

Sorry, I made a typo with the security deposit in my previous post. I have made more fixes to the tables so it should be better now.

The per minute pricing has been fixed as well.

SMS pricing should be the same with all services.

Thanks, Shonky.
