On the HSPA Broadband page, the link to HSPA Voice Charges goes to ADSL "Other" Charges where there is no information relating to HSPA Voice Charges.

Thankyou

Hi rrdesign,

The HSPA page is still under construction. Therefore there may be some missing links here and there. I will disable the links that aren't related just to prevent any further confusion.

Thank you.

As you have mentioned the HPSA page is being built, however there is a reference to ADSL1 in the HSPA Plan Inclusions on:

Not sure if anyone is aware but in the email account setup area there are links to create reg files for the account for outlook or outlook express, both options create a reg file for outlook express only

Hi,

The ADSL plan inclusion references should now be removed.

I assume this is in the correct section to post this in.

The login function for the members section seems to be broken; when I login it simply shows the login page again, the logout button is shown but I can't get to important information such as the usage meter. First I assumed it was an incorrect password - but I was able to use the same username and password combination to log into the ticket lodging facility - plus I have always had the password saved in my browser.

Hi,

I've been able to log in from both;
http://exetel.com.au/
https://www.exetel.com.au/members/login.php

Can you firstly clear your cache, if it still fails to login can you PM me your service number, username and password to verify your details?

Cheers Will

If we order a new VOIP service, it still says after you hit confirm:
7) The billing date each month is the 16th of each month.
8) The billing period is from the 15th of the previous month to the 16th of the current month.
Thank you for selecting Exetel as your VOIP service provider.
Should you have any questions please call 02 9927 1000 during business hours or email voip@exetel.com.au.
Didn't we get like 15 emails about this saying it's changing to calendar months?

https://www.exetel.com.au/wireless_login/a_network.php includes the text and link
Traffic 1 To/From The Internet Via Powertel (140 mbps) Click here
which links to https://www.exetel.com.au/wireless_logi ... ternet.php
But https://www.exetel.com.au/wireless_logi ... ternet.php gives a 404 Not Found error.

Also, are the Current Services Status details listed at the top of https://www.exetel.com.au/wireless_login/a_network.php correct? I thought there had been planned maintenance far more recently than 2nd January 2008.

Incidentally, is there a reason why wireless users are still on wireless_login pages rather than members pages - particularly as the text of pages suggests they're not customised to wireless - e.g. that same page talks about how issues may be related to the Telstra DSLAM network which clearly doesn't relate to wireless customers. I'm wondering if the use of wireless_login pages instead of members pages results in some member functions not working for us wireless customers (e.g. I can't use toid's usage meter program or the NUI extension for Firefox because only the human-readable usage page, not the XML and other feed scripts that the meters use, are supported by Exetel).

Regards

Tim

I also reckon http://www.exemail.com.au/ could go with an update

The "click here" link for the mobile call rates on http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-hspa-pricing.php is missing the .php at the end of it.

http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-hspa-call -> http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-hspa-call.php

Also, on the call prices page it says VoIP calls to mobiles are 30c/min. Aren't they meant to be 22c/min like they are with Plan B?

From http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-hspa-pricing.php :

*HSPA Plan MUST Be Ordered together with an Optus/Exetel 24 month/$10 minimum spend Mobile plan – for the low mobile rates on this plan click here

click here is a dead link.
