Just scroll to the bottom, with no plan selected or anything. There's a huge section of information about the "plans" (None specifically specified) under that header I quoted.KavindaS wrote:Could you please confirm the exact plan that you have referred to?Franpa wrote:http://www.exetel.com.au/

I was looking for the instructions to set up an email client to access hosted email.
Didn't have any luck, but did find a couple of incorrect links on your site,
"New User Information" points to http://www.exetel.com.au/my_exetel#0
"Site Map" points to https://www.exetel.com.au/myexetel/supp ... ng_support#

Thank you for pointing this out to us. However, can you please give us the location of this link? (URL where the links can be found will suffice)ohnjay wrote:Yes, I found the answer using Google. My post was intended to notify you of the broken links.
Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
In MyExetel, the menu Support->ADSL takes you to https://www.exetel.com.au/myexetel/supp ... sl_support . On this page in the section "What Happens After You Submit Your Application", there is a link to the status of your application:
http://www.exetel.com.au/a_application_status.php (link is actually http://www.exetel.com.au/broadband/adsl-app-status).
Both links are bad and you are redirected to http://www.exetel.com.au. Could this be fixed please.
Thanks,
Steve

Change Plan error...
When I go to:
Services & Usage | Manage (Broadband Services) | Change Plan,
the response is: "! Something went wrong. Please contact Exetel or try again."
