which links to https://www.exetel.com.au/wireless_logi ... ternet.php
But https://www.exetel.com.au/wireless_logi ... ternet.php gives a 404 Not Found error.

Also, are the Current Services Status details listed at the top of https://www.exetel.com.au/wireless_login/a_network.php correct? I thought there had been planned maintenance far more recently than 2nd January 2008.

Incidentally, is there a reason why wireless users are still on wireless_login pages rather than members pages - particularly as the text of pages suggests they're not customised to wireless - e.g. that same page talks about how issues may be related to the Telstra DSLAM network which clearly doesn't relate to wireless customers. I'm wondering if the use of wireless_login pages instead of members pages results in some member functions not working for us wireless customers (e.g. I can't use toid's usage meter program or the NUI extension for Firefox because only the human-readable usage page, not the XML and other feed scripts that the meters use, are supported by Exetel).

Regards

Tim

Hi,
In the user facilities, the "back" button at the bottom of the HSPA order form: https://www.exetel.com.au/members/hspa_order_form.php does not work properly (404).
Matt.

Thanks Matt,

I have removed the back button as there is no need for it on that page.

Since the new ADSL2+ plans came out I submitted a "change my service" request on the 29 Sept.

When I was submitting the request the pages had conflicting information on them.

One the first page it said the "change my service" request needed to be done by 26th of the month to come into effect at the start of the new month. On the following pages it only said the request had to be done by the "end of the month" to come into effect at the start of the new month.

This morning my quota has rolled over, but I am still on my old plan and the change request is still "pending". I am guessing this means the first page in the "change my service" was correct and that my plan won't change until the start of next month as my request was placed after the 26th.

Can the other pages in the "change my service" process also be changed to say the request must be made by the 26th of the previous month.

Scratch that... After I posted this message my plan has now changed over to the new one which means the initial page that says changes need to be done by 26th of the month is wrong.

Hi Guys,

I tried to find the Network Status page tonight from my Member Facilities and couldn't get to it. I found that the Network Status link in the top banner links to different pages depending on the originating page:

- From the Members Facilities page it links through to the MRTG graph page.
- From the Residential main page it links through to the Network Status page (which is what I was looking for!).
- Using the Members link in the top banner on the Residential page and then the Network Status link results in a 404 error.

Cheers.

Hi Triggery,

I have added that to the ADSL members facilities.

A few oddities in the Members Facilities web pages:

1) Manage Fax to Email - https://www.exetel.com.au/members/fax_d ... ink=link15
The text "You have not registed for a Fax via Email service" is on a page with a dark gray background making it difficult to read (and it should be registered not registed).

2) The same dark gray background appears on Wireline Meter - https://www.exetel.com.au/members/telep ... ink=link06 (but this time the message "Your call record usage has not been updated yet" has a white background so it is at least readable).

3) Email2Fax Details - https://www.exetel.com.au/members/fax_e ... ink=link15
Total Faxes: 0
Total Faxes: 0
Today's Faxes: 0

Should Total Faxes appear twice?

What's with the new dark grey background on the member's login page?

Black on dark grey is exceedingly hard to read.

Just when I thought the whole site was looking pretty good ..

The page https://www.exetel.com.au/members/service_status.php has the current modem login status section broken with Unauthorized access or some such error message appearing.
