Starting on the 28th March, I have been unable to load the Exetel home page, flash or non flash versions.
How I get there doesn't vary the the result, using links from other pages or typing the address.
All other Exetel pages seem to be normal, including member login.
Can you reach sites other than Exetel, or ping the Exetel domain name server at 220.233.0.4?
Exetel home page is at 220.233.0.9. If you point a browser directly at that address, you should see the default server page. You should also be able to ping that IP.
If you cannot, it is possible something in your system is blocking that address, so perhaps check host files, firewalls, site blockers, etc. If you can raise Exetel successfully using either another laptop or a live CD, the block must be in your computer.
