Codeanywhere iOS FTP setup

Hi,

I am just trying to step the ftp connection details for the iOS app codeanywhere for the exetel free website I have setup.

The ftp server entry screen requires
Server Name
Host Name
User Name
Password
I know my User name is fw_shellharboursurfclub and I have the correct password.
Can some one tell me which of the other two (server and host) I use home.exetel.com.au for and then what the other field would be?

Don't worry - it had actually worked and connected.
The app reports there was an error but on restarting it - the ftp connected and returned results.
