Hi,
I'm trying to use the website, but it appears to be broken for me. I'm trying to access the 'Billing/Admin' help tab. Once I click this link, it redirects me to the signin page & I enter in my details where it loads me to the previous screen. I click that link again & it asks me to do the exact same thing again. It's actually been like this for a while, except I've had no real urgent reason to ask for help because the service still works.

However, I recently received an email from exetel stating they would give me a $35 credit to my account for charging too much, however my recently banking details suggest it hasn't been applied & as I can't access the website properly to arrange this..

Help!

Which browser are you using? There are browsers that show this behaviour.
