Voip configeration page can't configure anything

It would be good to set up block nuisance numbers as well change ring time to message bank but These features don't work for me there is no save button and hitting the green button bottom left does nothing.

:roll: Has anyone found a way to make these things work or aren't they meant to??

Upon doing a change on the page please click on "Submit Order" button to complete the action. If you get any error messages please forward a screenshot to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au
for further investigation.
