Change Standard MBB Plan

On behalf of a close friend who recently purchased the S9 plan due to inability to receive ADSL at his residence.

The HSPA members facility does not seem to allow plan changes between Standard MBB plans.
Unfortunately your current plan cannot be changed
Is this intended? It would be nice to upgrade/downgrade to a suitable quota once month-to-month usage is clear.

Standard plans can not be changed as there is a 12 month contract for each plan.

Yikes! That is punitive.

Could this be made abundantly clear on the web page? This is not in line with the policy of other (former?) ADSL/HSPA plans where you could change plans freely whilst you are on contract for a small fee. It would have been a critical reason to not buy this service if it was made clear.

Thank you for your feedback. I will inform the relevant personnel to look in to this.
