Has HSPA C1 plan changed?

Post by brumer » Mon Aug 01, 2011 10:53 pm

Can anyone confirm for me that the 'terms' of the oldish C1 plan have changed?
It originally was 1000meg at 1.5c/meg & then 2.5c/meg for any excess over the 1 gig.
Seems I'm getting everything charged at 2.5c/meg.

Currently the charge for HSPA C1 usage is $ 0.015 per mb up to 1000 mb, $0.025 per mb thereafter.

Yeah...... I'll give them another couple of days to do a 3 second check before I even think about whirlpool.... haha
Helpdesk staff must be a little thin on the ground perhaps.
Maybe add your ticket number to mine?
