Response Time of email to sales and provision of Exetel

Hi,

May I ask how long is the waiting time of response from sales and provision?

It used to be 1 or 2 days but seems to be worsen lately.

I know you can be busy and I am not asking for a immediate answer or a solution, but at least a response saying the message received or in progress.

I joinn exetel for a long time and the service used to be fast and accurate.

Please would you be able to PM a ticket reference so that I could look in to it and have it fixed immediately.

I have noticed this as well, 12 days for a 'non-resolution' response. Another 4 days pending for my request to revisit the matter. Ticket #4363776.

Provisioning used to turn it over in a day up to 3 days worst case.
