My exetel netcomm 4G modem arrived last week, set it all up and it worked once I activated the service. Was fine last week. Sometime between Friday evening and Sunday morning, the settings have been wiped (back to default login) plus the service details for the optus network have gone ... it looks like it did before I activated the service.
What is going on?? What do I do now?
Modem settings erased and not connecting

Re: Modem settings erased and not connecting
Glad to hear that you have sorted the issue. In case of service not working again, it is recommended to have the below settings configured inside the router(Netcomm NL1901ACV) settings.
Click on "Basic Setup" then "Mobile Network" and Enter APN as "OWHWBB". Keep the "User Name" and "Password" Empty.
Then Click on "Apply" or "Save"
Click on "Advanced Setup" then "Mobile broadband" from the menu item on the left side of the screen.
Click on "Edit" button and change the "Net Select" to "LTE"
Dial Delay(in sec.) : 1 (Default value is 10)
Default WAN Connection Select : Mobile Broadband
Click on "Apply/Save" and reboot your modem.
In addition to this please make sure below lights status has to be in the modem.
Power - On
Internet - On
LTE - On
Signal - 3 Green Bars
