super unreliable NBN service, now disconnected for few days

Dear Exetel

since last couple month's few outage, problem has came back again. :x it has been down for the last couple days, sometimes comes on one hour and then goes off line. turning power on and off does not solve the problem. here i have attached the photo for service's attention. please urgently help. thank you. :|

For further investigation of your fault a field technician is required. This has been scheduled for Thursday, 16 January 2020, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM .

Please ensure that suitable access to the Main distribution Frame (MDF)/Network Boundary Point is available and provide access to the premises during the above time frame.
