Slow Speeds in Officer, Arcadia

Hi I'm getting slow speeds in the last few weeks. Getting 5-6mb during the day, and dropping to 1-2 during peak hour. I'm on the 12MB plan.

Has there been reported problems lately with the local red train network? Some other people seem to be complaining too that are local.
