Estimating NBN application time

Post by toast » Mon Jan 05, 2015 6:14 pm

Hi,

I've moved into a house with the NBN internal and external box already installed and the previous resident had an NBN connection. I applied to Exetel on the 31st of December after business hours, and I understand that it is a weird time of year to do this.

On the Exetel Q&A http://www.exetel.com.au/broadband/nbn-faq#nine it says it would take 1-2 days to connect. It has been 5 days that included 1 public holiday and a weekend. The 1-2 days does that mean business days i.e. probably starting from today?

Thanks,
Clive
