NBN Fibre Slow Speeds of 10-16Mbps on 100Mbps Plan

I haven't had a response from tech support after sending an email yesterday and again today so thought I would try posting here too. Speeds are between 10 and 16Mbps. I have turned off WIFI completely and connected PC with Ethernet cable to get this result. There is also nothing else running on the PC that could be slowing things down. AV disabled etc...Help please..

We have found a provisioning issue on your service and it has been forwarded to our Provisioning team to get this looked into further.

Any update? I assume I will be refunded the difference between the 100Mbps plan Iam paying for and the 12Mbps I have been supplied?

Still awaiting an update. Advised them to look into this as soon as possible. You will have to check with them if any credits can be provided for such a case.

You may reply to my last e-mail requesting this and they will look into it.

I have sent you one already dated 23/03/2015 at 10:04am AEST.

We have been provided an ETR for Tuesday 31/03/2015 for this provisioning issue to be resolved.

Thanks, found it. Have sent email requesting discount or alternatively cancel my contract. I will never deal with a company that resells Optus ever again. I hope you guys can get your own infrastructure in place some day as your provider is letting you down.

We should be able to work this out instead of a cancellation. I will follow up the matter and once the required changes changes has been applied will arrange the necessary credits to you.

Welcome to Exetel! I'm paying for 100/40 and getting 35/35. Support told me if I am not happy then I should look for another ISP.
