Very Slow 100/40 NBN Brisbane

Hi,
We had our NBN installed Thursdayh and I have been unable to obtain anywhere near the speed that our plan is on. I have conducted speed tests and result is woefully inadequate for the plan we are on.

On peak around 9 mbps on a 100/40 plan is simply unacceptable. In the off-peak it’s back up around 70-80 mbps. Can someone please look into this?

Please help. I am currently experiencing speeds slower than my old ADSL connection for which I paid less for.
