NBN drops every 3-5 mimutes

Hi,
I've just got NBN installed yesterday. However it is not usable at night. The connection interupted every 5 minutes, I tried to connect directly from my laptop throgh PPPoE but no luck. The connection is better at day but I can only access some Google websites (youtube, gmail...) but not others, can't open or very slow.
Please help.
