Hi My old ADSL plan is still showing as active with NO connection on my User Facilities and I have been charged $43 on my December invoice which covers ADSL2 for January, this does not seem right. Also, my November invoice showed $43 for ADSL2 in advance for December which i feel should be refunded .
I have emailed Billing with this query but have no reply yet
