FTTN with VOIP service - HELP

01/11/16 - Initial order date.
09/11//16 - Nothing heard, called for update. Advised activation date of 16/11/16
16/11/16 - FTTN activated.
01/12/16 - Called re: VOIP service , given #10957300. Advised I would hear something within 48hrs.
06/12/16 - No VOIP, no calls from exetel & no emails.
07/12/16 - no VOIP - Another 2 days wait.

14/12/16 - PTSN to VOIP
Dear Sir/Madam, Please be advised that our wholesale supplier confirmed an approximate date of Monday, 19th December 2016. Therefore once we receive the completion notice we will notify you via email to your nominated email address. Regards, Exetel Provisioning... We'll see.

Here's hoping I won't have to call again...

Hi,

We have escalated this issue with our wholesale supplier and once everything is completed we will notify you via email.

Please note that if you need we can activate a temporary VoIP number until the original number is ported over to Exetel.

If you need further assistance please don't hesitate to contact us.

Our provisioning department is following up on this and they will update you accordingly. We apologies for the delay in process. However we wish you a Merry Christmas and hopefully we will have the service activated ASAP.
