Unable to connect to the Internet

Hi, we are having trouble connecting to the internet again. We reported the problem on 7/4/17 but not much seems to have been done.

We only signed up in early February but have had at least 3 connection problems in that time, also we have only had a phone for about 3 weeks.

We don't want lightning speeds just a reliable service, any help will be greatly appreciated .

I can PM you the fault number as well as my customer details.

Technician came, fault resolved = happy cutomer :-)
