No internet

Hi I just received modem and have plugged it all in got someone over ( paid technician )
To set it all up and no internet at all
All green lights are on modem some flashing but only if you type google then that will come up but can't go any further
Do you have any trouble shooting tips as hold times were over an hour
Cheers just trying to get set up

Hi, PM me your service number and the details to check the records. If it is an Exetel sold modem, you don't need to configure that as the modems we deliver are pre-configured.

Hi Kavinda i have sent private message as this has happened daily now since i was set up i am having to ring to get fixed then all works great until the next day when i have to ring again (waiting in excess of 45 min each time) then works great until the next day ring again and so on
I would just like this fixed so i dont have to ring daily and cant understand why i should do this

Refer to the ticket reference #11381825. We have done a change to the IP range and it is better to monitor the service for next 48 hours.
