Hfc down

Post by geoffyboy » Sat Sep 23, 2017 11:20 pm

Hi. My hfc connection went down this morning and now all I get is flashing up light.
No solid 4 lights.
I power cycled the nbn modem but still the same.
I rang this afternoon and I was told it looks to be a supplier issue.

I was told I would get a text when it was sorted.
I didn't get any reference numbe or anything.
How long does it normally take ?.

Cheers.
Geoff

Thanks
I hope I don't need to be home for it.

What a pain if I do.

Both of us working full time will make that impossible.

When it is an appointment, someone responsible over 18 years of age should be there at the location during the appointment time frame. Depend on the service issue, field technician may need to access the premises to fix or finalise the investigation.
