Usage metre innacurate

Just logged in to my dashboard to check usage and says 0%. Monthly progress is working ok at %61.

My member number is: 0301215190

Exetel apologise for the inconvenience may have caused. We have already escalated this issue via the ticket reference #12189549 and our Developing team is currently investigating this.
