Usage email notification??

Hi
I have just received an email advising of usage.
I doubt whether this is correct!(1264 GB in one day????)

""Usage of your allocated allowance = 1264.10GB
Percentage this month = 253%

There are 30 days left in the month""

Service number = 0201336787


When I log into my account it tells me I have used =12981MB for this time.

Please explain?

I too have received two emails since 1am, one showing 76% used and the next at 9am showing 86% used. in 2 days !!!!!!!!!
Something is wrong again.
My Exetel usage meter appears correct with about 600MB since yesterday which was the start of my new usage cycle.

Same here, cracked 760Gb in 2 days!
Not a bad effort for an 11mbps plan that's only used for Netflix, Youtube and PS4 gaming LOL

Same here, 185% at 1:17am and 203% at 8:05am.

User facilities bar graph tells me 10.39GB

Man those Windows updates must be massive!

Spoke to a rep this morning just after 9am who confirmed the emails were errors and the real data usage shown in your online portal (Exetel website) reflects the true information.
An Exetel rep has also confirmed this over at the whirlpool forums:

So how come this can be explained on another forum by a rep and they dont have time to respond to Exetel user forums?

Exetel users would appreciate a response here.

That thought did briefly cross my mind too.....

Maybe it's because more people use WP than this forum? But then is that because the Exetel admins are over there more often, or are they there more often because more people use it?
We have a definite case of chicken vs egg I think!

This was a mistake, please check MyExetel for accurate information on usage.
