Been getting constant daily drop outs now for quite a few months and now is getting unbearable on our NBN service.
Wondering if it is the router or a problem with the line ?
Is there a way to check the line or is it worth while flashing a new firmware

I have a Billion 8700VAXL-1600 to test the line, is it going to work on Exetel ?

Please note that your fiber service is a FTTN (VDSL) service, where it requires a special type of a hardware since all the modems are not compatible. We can guarantee the following modems are working with your FTTN service - since it is already proven.

Still no resolution guys, I feel like my issues is being fobbed off, nearly 6 weeks of unusable internet.
I am paying for 100/40 but my sync has been dropped to 40 to try and stablise my connection, which it hasn't
