New Pricing

Post by diaz » Sat Feb 24, 2018 9:05 pm

I am currently paying $69.99 for 50/20 500Gb but I notice on the main page that this now costs $59.99 off-contract or $54.99 on-contract. I also notice that 100/40 plans are now also available for my address. On myexetel page neither the new pricing or the faster plans are available.

My original contract expires 2019-05-07 (which was for 25/5) but re-contracted on 50/20 for 12 months a few months ago (recontract expiry 2018-12-14).

I would like to avail of the new pricing and possible upgrade to 100/40 down the track so can this be looked into for me? I'm happy to re-contract if required.

Thanks

Hi

Could you kindly PM your service details in order to assist you better. We will also need to check whether 100/40mpbs speeds are available to your location.

Kind Regards

Very disappointing response from Exetel.

Summary is new pricing isn't being offered to all existing customers despite NBN wholesale prices decreasing for all connections.

Very poor form and will be moving to a different provider and stop recommending Exetel as a provider going forward.
