Line speed change still hasn't happened?
On 5/5/18 I requested an nbn line speed change from 25 to 50... Its been a fairly long time and still nothing. All I can see in members section is I requested a line speed change on that date. Should it normally take over 20 days to complete?

I have checked the status of the plan change and it is still on pending status. Since you have applied the plan change on 16th of the last month, usually it will be completed by the 14th Jule. However contact our provisioning department during the business hours for further details or send them an email on provisioning@exetel.com.au . Ticket reference number is 13041102.
