NBN speed

I had a visit this morning from the NBN people going down the street tweaking the NBN. We and others have had frequent drop outs. Hopefully that will be fixed now. While he was here I did ask him about the speeds. Which he checked and tested for. We are getting nothing like what we signed up for. We are on the unlimited plan. $89.00 So we should have no blocking. But speed tests tell him that he thinks we are being blocked at 25mpbs. He said I should take this up with the ISP provider which is you. Can you please unblock if we are being blocked or fix the speeds if there is another issue? We should be getting much better speeds than this.

I have completed the basic testing on your service and there is no limitations with programming and the network end. Therefore please perform few speed tests in random time frames and send us an email to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au, with the results attached for further investigation.

Thanks for the result. Please note that we would require more results for an effective investigation as remote testing currently shows no fault.
