NBN Shaping Speed?

Post by noikhongduoc » Sat Jul 21, 2018 10:55 am

Hi all,

In regarding to shaping speed in my Exetel toolbox it say speed shaping to 1024/384 kbps but in the Critical Information Summary it say service is shaped to 256/256 kbps. Just want to known which is correct? Not that I'm planning to download more than my quota just for peace of mind sake.

Thanks you

Thank you for your inquiry. Your fibre connection speeds will be shaped to 1024/384 kbps once the allocated data usage is exceeded. 256/256 kbps is for some ADSL services and is not applicable for your connection type.
