I am experiencing very very slow speeds and regular dropouts over the past 2 days.
Have tried rebooting modem, turning off all power points etc no change to problems

I have checked the service drops through our radius server and cannot locate any sync drops. Therefore we will take this as a slow speed issue reported and I have assigned one of the senior engineers, to check and email on your nominated exemail email address. Once you have received the email and with the requested tests completed, kindly reply back to the same email with the results attached. I have created a ticket for this and the reference number is 13662104.
