Extremely slow speeds

I’m having extremely slow speeds lately, however today has been the worst. I have tried power cycling many times and using alternate modems. I have been keeping logs of speedtest and nothing that is remotely close to the 50/25 I’m paying for has occurred, and some ping and jitter times are a joke.

I have more including recent ones however the attachment box says they’re too large.

Thank you for providing the details. We have checked a basic network check from the supplier end and there are no identified issues recorded. Therefore, please perform random speed tests during the day and night times via http://speedtest.exetel.com.au/ and forward the results to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au email for further investigation.

Are you sure your on your NBN network in your home? Your images appear to have your Virgin mobile service? Am I missing something?
