Multiple NBN dropouts for the last 24hrs

My connection in Palmerston NT has been very unstable for the last 24hrs or so.
Please advise.

ping average is 57, speed tests are okay but can't maintain a connection for more than 10 to 15 mins at a time.

Go through the given instructions in the email and respond to us accordingly.

I haven't experienced a single drop out since I got home this afternoon so i haven't done any testing. At this stage all okay.
