Plan not upgraded - Exetel Residential Technical Support #14108954

Hi, Can someone from provisioning please confirm my plan change status?

I just upgraded to the 50/20 unlimited plan but I seem to be stuck on the 12/1 plan.

I spent an hour on the phone last night with tech support but no joy.

We’re disappointed that you’ve had problems with Exetel. One of our provisioning team will reply you through the same email reference #14108954 to work out how we can quickly sort that out for you.
