High Latency Charlestown NSW NBN

Hi,

On Friday our NBN dropped for about 9 hours and came back up. I didn't notice any issues until I started gaming. For some reason my ping to Sydney is now around the 200ms (usually 10) constantly and has been for two days which makes it almost impossible when gaming on overseas servers with 500ms+ pings. Is there any reason for this change?

Thanks for the test results. We are investigating this with our Network Engineers. We will get back to you as soon as we have an update.

Hi,

Is there any further update?

Looking at the chart below, it seems to be getting better, but is still higher at peak times between 1900 + 2300 hrs.
