I now have the VOIP username and password and sip server but when I go into the Exetel (allegedly preconfigured router) and click on VOIP I cannot see where to insert these details so I still have no VOIP. I would have thought you could completely commoditise this whole process with a video or pdf. Christ almighty - IFixit can manage to do that for replacing hard drives in Macs etc!

Looking at the records indicates, you have the modem Netcomm NF18ACV. Using the Exetel provided VOIP settings and the credentials, use the similar setup guide we have uploaded http://exewiki.exetel.com.au/index.php? ... etup_Guide .
