NBN Activation

Hi,

I signed up for an NBN plan on the 12nd of March with an activation date of the 19th of March and received the modem in the mail on the 18th of March.
On 21/03, I was asked to send POD (Proof of Document) by provisioning team to confirm my address and I did.
After then, I haven`t been informed about any ongoing process.
My NBN is not active ( account status is still Pending) and I sent emails to you, called your friendly customer service several times, spent 30-40 minutes and got nothing..

After 3 weeks, I hope there is someone who can help me !

Welcome to the Exetel Forum :) . Sorry to hear that your Exetel experience hasn’t been great so far. I have referred the provisioning department ticket reference 14578681, and going through their notes, this seems to have already escalated and we are waiting on our supplier feedback. Status of the service still pending. Therefore, I have informed them to further prioritize this and provide you a feedback ASAP, considering the time taken during the activation process.

Hi,

After almost 2 months without any progress but hipps of ticket/reference numbers, I have cancelled the service.
I sent back the modem to Exetel and now waiting to get my money back.

We’re disappointed that you’ve had problems with Exetel. I have commented on the relevant ticket reference 14578681, and our provisioning team will confirm you, once they have arrange the necessary refunds.
