NBN drop out intermittently

Hi my NBN network dropped out intermittently since last night 9pm. I am still experiencing the same issue.

My service number is 0301422084, at Point Cook Vic. Could you please have a look into it? and DSL signal on the NBN connection device flushing not in solid blue....

We have checked the basic network issues with the supplier side and there are no issues reported in the area. However, looking at the radius server indicates, service drops in your connection. For testing purpose, can you bypass the router and check with a direct PPPOE connection? If not you may need to contact our support line, as we need to complete the basic troubleshooting and log a fault with the supplier.
