Extremely low download speed

Morning,
We are currently on a 100/40 unlimited download plan. The connection has been useless the last couple of days with Exetel speed test results of 0.9 Mbps upload and 18.5 Mbps download - wireless to iPad.
Any ideas?

Please note I reversed the headings.
Should read.....0.9 Mbps DOWNLOAD and 18.5 upload..

Same problem here. Low download speeds. Cant even open browsing page.

Same here (elsternwick, melbourne ) for the last few days - between 0.1 and 0.9 Mbps download; http://exetel.speedtestcustom.com/resul ... bbfabca054

Trying to download a 20GB game on Steam. Steam normally goes about 15-30mbps. Tonight, it's lucky to see 1mbps. Spending most of the time around 800kbps. Says it's going to take 3.5-4 days... Could have been playing it by now if things were working right.

Seems to be NBN, not Exetel given the same issue is being reported from other ISP customers. :x

we are also affected today - Cherrybrook, NSW; there's also an outage in multiple areas but not sure if it affects my area :oops:
