NBN Set up

Post by muzzatron » Sat Jul 13, 2019 12:29 pm

Hello,
I've just received my NBN modem and router. Is there an Exetel set up guide somewhere I can follow.

Thanks

Robert

Hello, the modems usually come pre-configured. Just plug it in.
However you must wait until you receive notification by way of sms/email from Exetel advising that your NBN is active. Hope this helps.

Hi Robert,

Checking through the radius server indicates the modem has authenticated now.

I have checked using the service you have posted here. If you have referred to a different service, you may PM the customer id or the service number, so I will check the activation and provide you the cable setup instructions. Modem is pre-configured as confirmed before.
