Fixed wireless outage?

Hi Exetel Forum,

My NBN Fixed Wireless box has all the correct lights (all green, no connection issue) though I have no Exetel Internet connection (solid red light on ZTE modem).

Is this an issue with the NBN or with my Exetel account?

I'm in Tamworth NSW.
