2 months ago we tried to upgrade our nbn50 to nbn100.
We had to ring 3 different times to get upgraded & guess what....still not getting what we have requested! The amount has been charged for nbn100 on our invoice which we have paid.....but still not getting anywhere near the Speed https://exetel.speedtestcustom.com/resu ... ee13e00f74
The most it gets up to is around 41mbps
We are obviously paying for a service you can’t provide Exetel!!
I’m better off going back with Telstra
