Unstable Fibre Connection, Severe Packet loss/Jitter

Hey guys,

I've been having massive issues with my 100mbit Fibre connection since Feb 9th which has now become even more unstable over the last 2 weeks. Have been in contact via phone but haven't had any luck or assurance it's being investigated.

Understandably the load on the network has increased with current events but these conditions have rendered VoIP/conferencing, online gaming, real-time activities, etc unusable and have been ongoing before the increase in people working from home.

The speed tests fluctuate so wildly I tend to have 50-100ms jitter during peak hour with speeds around 5-10mbit.
Even during "non-peak" hours the packet loss is unbearable and I'll only achieve 60-70mbit, if lucky.
I've tested multiple routers and direct to the LBN Co Box, and have the same results across the board.

The connection was flawless with 100mbit/0-1 jitter prior to this interruption.

Stability is my major concern over connection speed at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
