/29 IP block for residential FTTN-NBN

Hi, i am curious to know if /29 IP blocks are sold for residential NBN connections and if so how does one go about inquiring?

not sure where to check but the section some referred me to in members area doesn't appear to be working any more?

We only offer these on SMB services these days.
