Cranbourne East - network issues

Post by Livingthedream » Sat Sep 12, 2020 6:15 pm

Hi,

I had a ticket open for a number of weeks due to extremely low speeds (identified as packet loss on wholesale suppliers end). Issue was resolved a week ago and ticket was closed.

Last night at around 8pm for a period of 1 hour we lost all connectivity. No notification or reports from Exetel of an outage.
Tonight, it has occurred again. Started 15 minutes ago (approx. 6pm AEST) and our connection is still not active.

Please investigate and advise what is causing these outages.
