LBN HFC down since 18th Friday morning

My service has been down since 4 days now and I don't think I have any hope of anyone resolving this anymore.

I'm just posting here because I'm tired and quite frustrated.

I've been calling Exetel and have had LBNCo tech visit without any luck.

I'm just been given the run around really and no one is able to fix it.

An hour ago I was told my service was being re-provisioned but that was the last I heard and then nothing.

I'll sign up with a different provider tomorrow as LBN tested my service as working with Fuzenet.

My work is severely affected due to this since I'm working from home.
