Opticomm outage in Bundoora as of12:30 hours

No connectivity and red “internet” LED lights on the router (before and after reboot) here In Mentone. Not sure if I’m opticomm though.

Started approx 12:30 today also.

Ascot Vale/ Essendon 12:25 started to play up as well.
Checked with NBNCo website, does not seem to flag any issue for my premises there, this is purely EXETEL issue.
Right while in the conference with customers and it took me down, with covid and WFH this is not cool.

Update. Internet back up and running as of 1325 hours

I am still waiting, did you had to reboot all the NBN and router devices?

There was a network outage that affected all the Exetel customers in VIC. The outage is successfully restored by Exetel network engineers.

Kindly power restart your modem/router and check if any issue persists. Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
